The room was decent-sized and had coffee, an iron, and a new carpet. The hotel is very centrally located and just a short walk from Customs House Restaurant. The staff was always extremely friendly and efficient.

Absolutely amazing experience, nice comfy base for staycation. Cool and fabulous place with free Wi-Fi and grill restaurant. Lovely view, free breakfast options with cereal, canapés plus hot options. Marvellous and lovely location of the hotel, short walk to attractions, restaurants and parks and Surfers Paradise. Also, to the boardwalk around the river;)))

By and large, it was a beautifully designed place with attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The location was excellent, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from South Bank Parklands. The property was located about a 5-minute walk from the center.

the swimming pool was very clean and the breakfast was award-winning and above average. the room was beautifully maintained, brand-new, with a comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was magnificent and absolutely perfect - just a short stroll away from a heritage-listed botanic garden.
Well, the area was disappointing overall.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Really clean, awesome shower, comfy bed, great buffet breakfast, good temperature control and amazing block out curtains. Fantastic location if you want to hit the high street or pretty much anything in the city. Beautiful building to sit in the bar and stare up at the skylight. LOVED the fragrance in the driveway lobby. The facilities and amenities are great for guests with disabilities.
Felt very welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

It is a rather run down hotel which does not stand up to its name "Hilton". Clearly its ratings are over estimated. It was an unfortunate experience to stay at that place.

The restaurant had very good service and offered healthy dishes. The location in a shopping area was great, with shopping centers and a local supermarket nearby. The hotel is very close to Brisbane downtown.
